根據國家稅務總局《關於增值稅發票開具有關問題的公告》2017 年第 16 號規定：
自 2017 年 7 月 1 日起，購買方為企業的，索取增值稅普通發票時，應向銷售方提供納稅人識別號或統一社會信用程式碼；銷售方為其開具增值稅普通發票時，應在 “購買方納稅人識別號” 欄填寫購買方的納稅人識別號或統一社會信用程式碼。
本公告所稱企業，包括公司、非公司制企業法人、企業分支機構、個人獨資企業、合夥企業和其他企業。
1. 滿 ¥599 起開。
2. 企業及單位所有證件上的名稱與發票抬頭必須一致。提交前請仔細核對填寫內容，如有任何資訊填寫錯誤，請恕無法重開。
3. 發票自申請日期 15 個工作日內處理，如遇節假日，可能推遲，請耐心等待。
4. 紙質發票郵寄，一律為順豐到付件。
